In this afternoon (March 25), the UED cooperated with TMA Solutions Binh Dinh Company to organize a seminar with the topic “Human resource needs in the field of Mathematics and Information Technology and recruitment, job counseling for students”.
Program overview.
The program is organized to strengthen the cooperation relationship between enterprises and the University in renovating training programs, creating an environment for students to practice, learn in close connection with reality and consult, recruit and create jobs for students, especially students of the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics. Besides, it creates opportunities for students to be more aware of the human resource needs for the fields they are studying, from that they can have learning orientations and directions for the future. At the seminar, experts and guests exchanged and discussed to help students: Understand the job needs in the field of Mathematics and Information Technology; employment needs and targets of TMA Solutions Binh Dinh Company; specific platforms and areas of work (Web Developer, Mobile Developer, Test Engineer, Telecom Networking, Data Scientist…).
Students, staff and lecturers of the University asked questions and shared their views with experts and guests in the talk show.
With open and frank sharing from the guests, the students have received for themselves a lot of useful knowledge and skills not only related to employment but also motivated to study for students who are still sitting at the UED.

In order to remember the cooperation and create a solid foundation for future relationships between the two sides, the UED and TMA Solutions Binh Dinh Company signed a cooperation agreement.
The Memorandum of Understanding has four main contents, including:
- The Company’s side supports to receive qualified students from the University ( Faculty of Mathematics and Faculty of Informatics ) to visit, practice their careers and do their graduation thesis every year.
- The UED ( Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics ) creates favorable conditions and introduces suitable human resources for the Company to conduct annual recruitment.
- The two sides cooperated to participate in training programs and seminars in the field of IT and telecommunications.
- The two sides cooperate to participate in research programs in the field of IT and telecommunications in accordance with the needs of both sides.
